Walk one step forward (hold down Shift and press up arrow), walk one step back (Shift + down arrow), turn around three times in any direction (left or right arrow), then jump forward (Alt + up arrow).

All Weapons and Ammo.
|

PC & Mac: Walk one step forward (Shift + up arrow), walk one step back (Shift + down arrow), turn around three times in any direction (left or right arrow), then jump backwards (that's back flip?Alt + down arrow). This cheat does not give med-packs.
|
|
|
End Level.
|
|
Walk one step forward (using the walk key), take one step backward, turn around 3 full times (doesn't matter which direction), and then do a Forward jump.
